Why we carry out user research

We use the information you provide us with to:

  • assess how well we’re delivering our services
  • gain insight on what changes you would like us to make to our existing services
  • develop new services you would like us to provide

When you complete a survey, the information you give us is treated with confidentiality in line with our privacy statement.

How the user research sessions work

We’ll ask you which types of research you would like to be involved in. We’ll only invite you to take part in activities which you have specified.

Participation is voluntary. You can say no to any invitation you receive.

You can leave the user panel at any time.
